Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is per facility, and every facility includes unlimited team members.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or prepay a year to save 15%.
What counts as a facility?
Each licensed location your team admits residents into. A company with several facilities manages them all from one login.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a trial, but we're happy to walk you through a live demo first.
Which features are included?
All of them — intake, documents, Cal-AIM / ALW and CCA tracking, chat, alerts, reporting, audit trail and the ALFi assistant.
